I felt hopeless…
… in my fitness journey. I had gained 80 lbs. when pregnant with my son in 2008. For the next 10 years, I failed miserably in my numerous attempts to get back into shape on my own. I knew I had to do something. By the greatest fortune, I stumbled upon Vicki.
I began training with Vicki in individual private sessions. Within a couple of months, after gaining some confidence, I switched over to her ladies group sessions. What can I say about the group sessions? They are SO MUCH FUN!!! I really look forward to them each week and they are the highlight of my day. I have become friends with some incredible supportive women, all working towards the same goals – health and fitness.
Vicki always provides us with challenging, but manageable, workouts. She pushes us, in her kind and gentle way, to give it our best – go for that one last rep! If she believes I can do it, then I believe I can do it! As a result, my body has gone through a marked transformation – my glutes actually have a nice shape now and I have biceps, triceps and boulder shoulders! I am crazy happy with my results, and most importantly, that hopeless girl from a year ago is gone.

Vicki is amazing!
Vicki has helped me so much overall with fitness and diet. I’m a certified personal trainer and every time I train with her one on one or attend one of her group sessions I always learn something new. I’m also a professional bellydancer and perform every weekend so I have to stay lean. Vicki has helped me to maintain my figure but continue to put on muscle with her meal plan and training guidance. I will be competing for my pro bodybuilding card this year and Vicki’s input is invaluable. I can’t wait to see where the future takes me with Vicki’s help.

A fantastic coach!
I began working with Vicki in February 2018 when I starting prepping for my very first NPC Bikini show. From the very beginning it was obvious Vicki is very knowledgeable in all aspects of the sport. She helped me to get my nutrition in check, going from very low nutrient dense snack foods, to nutrient dense meals to help fuel my workouts. She also knew what type of workouts and cardio needed to be done to achieve my goals.
Check ins during the 3 months of prep were bi-weekly up until the last month when they were more frequent. However I was able to text or email with any questions I had with a quick response even if it wasn’t check in time. With each check in Vicki was able to see what changes needed to be done to my diet and/ or training to keep me on point for the show.
I placed 2nd in the Novice category and 4th in open for my very first show in April.
We began working together once again for my off season in August 2019. Our goal was to speed up my metabolism so I could consume more calories and stay around the same body fat percentage. Fast forward 5 months of working together, I have increased my calories by around 500-700 more per day, and maintained my starting body fat percentage! I know I could not have done this without her guidance and knowledge.
Because of the great experiences I (and my mom- who is an NPC Figure competitor also using Vicki as a coach) have had over the last year, I am happy to say I have began prepping for my next two shows coming up in the Spring with Vicki as my coach once again!
I would recommend Vicki to anyone I know! She is a great coach – extremely knowledgeable, friendly, responsive, reliable, and genuinely cares about you!

Love every session!
2012 was an “eye opening” year for me. My health took a complete crash in areas I never thought to be possible. It took me 2 years to even get the urge to want to attempt my old work out routines. I had no strength and was weak from all areas (mentally, physically, emotionally). I skipped around from different trainers and programs. Finally, someone from Destination Dallas recommended I try to train with Vicki. It has been the best decision ever. She is easy going, pays close attention to detail and body form. She knows exactly which muscle group is being targeted and how to work it. She is soft spoken and truly cares about your well being. I look forward to class every week.

Amazing!!!!
Vicki is the most amazing personal trainer I have had! I had a baby 6 months before I started training with Vicki and since she has a ton of knowledge in postnatal she helped repair my diastasis recti and has helped me understand special exercises to help strength my core back and a diet plan to see results quicker! I could not be happier with the results I have already seen and so excited to continue my fitness journey with her!! I would highly highly recommend her to anyone! She’s the very best!!!

Inspired
Her initial striking exterior beauty is a mere prelude to one of the most inspiring women I know. Vicki is a Class Act person beyond the gym. She lives what she teaches, and teaches way beyond the pump. A genuine and REAL person. She has a lifetime of education, and yet, continually growing in her trade. She will push as hard as you will rise, and yet you feel her unconditional care about your being, body, and goals no matter what level. I am blessed to have known her for more than ten years now. She INSPIRES!!

Top rated professional trainer for women
I have been training with Vicki for over a year in a small group setting. She has changed and improved my life & my physical appearance. I am 60 years young & had balance issues and knee pain when I started training with her. She tailored her program to accommodate my challenges and correct my balance . I have continued to grow stronger and leaner, but most importantly I have learned the correct way to weight train. Vicki teaches great technique and then builds upon that. I have learned so much! The weekly classes have also benefited my mental focus and emotional well being. Training with Vicki and the other women in our group is rewarding and each training is different, challenging & fun!
