Busy fall schedules are back in full-swing! This quick and delicious cookie makes an excellent pre-workout snack for you or your young athlete!
Oatmeal Banana Cookies
2 ripe mashed bananas
1 tbsp Justin’s Almond or Peanut Butter
1 tbsp Justin’s Hazelnut Butter
1 1/2 cups whole oats
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Vanilla
Optional: **Blueberries, mini chocolate chips, chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 375. Mash bananas, mix in nut butter(s) and vanilla. Add dry oats, cinnamon and mix well. Drop by spoonfuls to parchment paper-lined cookie sheet and bake for 15 minutes. For variety, add blueberries, mini chocolate chips &/or walnuts. **These ingredients add extra calories, so I don’t indulge every time!!
These taste best right out of the oven and will stay moist even after cooling!

I believe I’m not the only person who wants to live authentically beyond the mask of social media. So, I’ve decided to JUMP! We were put on this earth with talents and curiosities that leave us wondering “what-if?”. When we dip our toes into the what-ifs and make the decision to JUMP, that’s where the magic happens. And to that I say… Bring it on! I’ve spent my entire life in athletics and fitness. I love it and it makes me feel alive! Being true to things that light my fire make me a better Mom, Wife, Friend and Coach. It makes me a better version of Me! People will forget about the trophies we win, but they’ll remember the impact we had on their lives. To the busy Moms out there grasping for air trying to find a way to get it all in; I hear ya! We’re in this together and I promise it’ll be the best decision of your life!
